There is no minimum order at Silcox Dental Supply. For credit card purchases, we gladly accept Visa or MasterCard. You will be called to confirm your credit card number upon your first order.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 charge.
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm EST will be shipped that same day.
New accounts
Open accounts are welcome and may be opened following a review of our completed credit application. Open account invoices are due within 10 days from the date of purchase. Past due balances beyond 30 days will receive a finance charge of 1-1/2% per month. Orders on past due accounts may be shipped COD ($10 fee) until the past due amount is paid.
Special Orders
If you require a product that we don’t stock, it’s no problem for us to order it for you. In some instances, we can even drop ship the item to your door. Special orders are subject to a nominal charge and are not returnable.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped FOB Canfield, OH and are delivered by UPS Ground service. Next-Day, 2nd-Day and Air shipping is available at an additional charge. Equipment and heavy items are subject to freight charges. Crating fees will be charged separately.
Returns
Any new item purchased at Silcox Dental Supply may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 10 days of purchase. Before returning material, please call to receive an RMA number. Defective items may be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition (except for damage caused by any product defect) with the original packaging materials, accessories, instructions and the original invoice, otherwise your product may not be eligible for return. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Credits on purchases paid for by check or credit card will be by credit memo (credit to your customer account). Special orders may not be returned for credit.
